IN REGARDS TO NON-COMMISSIONED WORK (fanart, OC art, work from larger projects etc) you are allowed to use it for your profile picture, banner, carrd/rentry pages, and general fun account decoration as long as you clearly credit @mawedgone and do not claim the work as your own.

IN REGARDS TO COMMISSIONS, by reaching out and commissioning me you confirm that you have read and agree to my terms of service.-i have a right to refuse a commission for any reason.-i prefer paypal, but i can also take payment through ko-fi and cashapp.-i do not give refunds once i've been paid.-my art is for personal use only. it is not to be used to sell unless we have specifically discussed that it will be used for that purpose.-only the commissioner or those they permit can use commissioned art-if you are interested in an NSFW commission, please be prepared to provide some form of identification to prove that you are at least 18+.-i do NOT consent for any of my artwork, commissioned or not, to be used for NFTs, AI image generation, or any of that bullshit. i won't work with active members of the NFT or AI "art" community, and if i find out you are after payment, i will not complete your request and i WILL NOT REFUND YOU. so watch yo shit-please be patient when waiting for your commission. i struggle with disability and mental health which can affect the speed of my work. it can sometimes take weeks for it to be finished. i also do not typically work on weekends and often work on personal things between commissions to avoid burnout. i do not offer a rush fee or anything like that.
